Negotiator - Bo is the person.

Bo Foster helped me purchase two properties. I was out of this state when I purchased the first one. She negotiated the whole process with total integrity, responsibility and finesse. She is the type of person that goes that extra mile for her clients and researches everywhere if you have a question or a doubt. For the purchase of the other property, since it was a piece of land, she took care of the little details that sometimes are a nuisance in a negotiation. The bottom line is, if you want a responsible, caring, impeccable and efficient real estate agent, Bo is the person!!!!!

Bo Foster is an amazing realtor who beautifully combines expertise with caring. It was the first time I had ever worked with anyone who spent an hour or so of our time together just getting to know me. I felt like I was with a long time friend. She really cared about me and that I would find the perfect home for my husband and myself.

We explored many possibilities in the greater Yelm/Rainier area but actually purchased the very first property she suggested. And after living here for a year we couldn’t be happier. It is the perfect, peaceful home and property. Her knowledge of the area, of local resources and of her business is impeccable and she is absolutely a professional.

Bo’s office manager, Katherine, is also ever so professional and a joy to work with. She was prompt in getting the needed paperwork completed and always with a smile. Even now, a year later, I feel comfortable calling either one of them if I have questions. I highly recommend Bo to anyone who is looking for a professional who also has that little extra that says ‘I care about you’.

In my situation I asked you to help me find a specific type of property for a specific reason. It took you about three weeks to locate one, but once you had it… it was gold! I appreciate the fact that you took the time to understand my needs and to forward to me items that fit within that vision… not spam me with everything that came up.
