I purchased my country getaway home from you and am still in amazement of the deal you got me! Being out of town, I totally depended on your insight, opinion and advice on a multitude of situations. Never once did you push a sale in order to make a commission.

Each time I jumped at a property that I thought was good for my needs, you would investigate and respond with the pros and cons of the property considered. You understood my needs and desires for purchasing in the area so you did not waste my time with a flood of properties on the market that did not fit my agenda. You had impeccable timing to know when it was important to hold back on an offer, or when to move quickly.

You protected my interests in writing the deal as well as considering the seller’s needs.

It is so rare to find a Realtor that puts her ethics and integrity first and making commission money, second.

Furthermore, after the sale, you continued to aid me in ways that were over and above the call of duty as a Realtor. I again want to take this opportunity to thank you and Katherine for such excellence in service. You made the entire process of purchasing, a breeze.
